  • The price listed at the time of purchase is final, excluding delivery charges, taxes, and other applicable fees.

11. Delivery & Performance

11.1 Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery dates are subject to availability and unforeseen delays.

11.2 Failure to Receive Delivery
If the Buyer fails to receive the delivery, we may:
✔ Store the Goods and charge additional fees.
✔ Resell the Goods and charge the Buyer for losses incurred.

12. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
  • Ownership remains with MFD HOLDINGS SDN BHD until full payment is received.

If payment is not received, we may reclaim the Goods.

13. Force Majeure – Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters (fire, floods, earthquakes)
  • War, strikes, or labor disputes
  • Government actions or trade restrictions

If affected by force majeure, we may suspend delivery or terminate the contract without liability.

15. Miscellaneous
